The lines from Banbury station towards Leamington Spa. The two main lines
run directly in front of the box, towards the left, while the down relief emerges from behind it.
The lines on the right are the up goods line and an up siding.
|
A closer view of the points and shunting signals north of the station. The down and
up goods lines continue round the curve to the former Banbury Junction.

along the rear.

The down relief line behind the box, with its starting signal and a good view of the layout on this side.

The north end of Banbury station. The bracket signal (BN4) is North's down relief home, and
the other lower-quadrant is the bay home. The colour-light has been cleared for a train on the down main.
To the left, the former dock sidings have now been disconnected, though all of their signalling remains in place.

A close-up of the disc that reads from the former horse dock siding.

|
As the down relief line passes under the road bridge,
the rear of the discs that read to the former dock siding can also be seen.

All of Banbury North's down semaphores framed in a single shot.

A closer shot of the down bay home, with the down main home (BN43) to the right.

|
A closer shot of the up siding starter. The distant is fixed at caution. The disc reads to
the up middle road (see below).

|
The up goods lines viewed from the station. The nearest is the up goods line;
to its right is the middle road. To the far right are the former cattle sidings.

A view of the discs in the up goods lines from the far end of the station, as
a Voyager arrives on the up main.

The down relief signals cleared for an empty stock train to
run onto the down goods line north of the station.
