Mermaid Kiss are a new band from Kington (Herefordshire), here playing in Malvern for the first time.

Evelyn Downing is a very promising young singer whose soulful vocals form a distinctive part of the band's sound.

Keyboard player and multi-instrumentalist Andrew Garman projects moody soundscapes. He is also the band's recording engineer.

Guitarist Jamie Field is also a key inspiration for the band, co-writing most of their songs with Evelyn.

Here's Evelyn playing the flute too. Really good to see Mermaid Kiss play Malvern for the first time.
