In steam days a branch line to Tenbury Wells and Bewdley left the North & West line from
Hereford to Shrewsbury at Woofferton Junction.
The signal box is still in use as a block post, with an up goods loop for regulating trains.
From the opposite direction, the down innerhome and entrance to the up goods loop can be seen.
The up advanced starters, and the exit from the goods loop. Note their finials have gone missing.
A rear view of the down home, whose post can be seen just beyond the road bridge in the photo above.
The down distant is still a semaphore. Note the unusual Westinghouse finial.
A closer view of this distant, from the rear.
The up starter bracket also has Westinghouse finials.

There was still a down siding here in 1985.
The up advanced starters also had Westinghouse finials.
